REEL GRRLS Partnership: Calling all Teen Vloggers!
Hey, TeenTixers!
Own a video camera or webcam? We want you to express your opinions on the world wide web!
ACT Theatre is asking for video blogs to coincide with their upcoming production of Rapture, Blister, Burn. The prompt for your vlog is this: What is Feminism to You? All vlogs will be posted on the ACT Theatre facebook page, and vlogs received by July 15 will be eligible to be chosen for a DVD compilation that will be featured in the lobby during the performances of Rapture, Blister, Burn!
About this show: Three generations of women explore the wild waves of feminism that have formed their views on relationships, careers, and family. When they question the road not taken in their lives, radical decisions are made to see if it’s not too late to have it all. A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 2012, this fast-paced, witty comedy by Gina Gionfriddo explores the continuing fallout and evolution of the feminist movement. See our event page for more info.
Submit by July 15 to:
· participate in a Reel Grrls reception with the show’s director, Anita Montgomery
· receive two tickets to the play
· be entered to win a yearlong ACTPass membership!
Once again, that deadline is JULY 15th, 2013. Don't miss this awesome opportunity to let your voice be heard, and head on down to ACT on July 12th for the opening of Rapture, Blister, Burn!
