Miskatonic University student Nancy is convinced by the mysterious Wilbur Whately to let him borrow a copy of the Necronomicon and give him a ride back to his digs in Dunwich. Cult ceremonies, tribal grooves, and solarized tentacles ensue. Lovecraft fans may quibble with this loose adaptation, but we honor the late Roger Corman for mixing up a solarized psychedelic stew like no other. —Leo
