Big Brothers Big Sisters connects school-age kids and volunteers in 1-to-1 mentoring matches. Together, they decide what they want their relationship to be about. Our matches take on challenges like hiking Mount Rainier, finding the best taco truck in Seattle, advocating for gender equity, finding financial aid for college, and seeing every movie in the Marvel universe.

Amid big and small adventures, mentors and youth grow a friendship. Connecting with another person opens our eyes to new perspectives and fosters compassion—igniting the power and promise in us all.
